The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between DIKAR S COOP and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Regulation (EU) 2016/279 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
DIKAR S COOP reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such modifications may be made, through its website, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent modifications. However, DIKAR S COOP reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
The purpose of the web page is to offer and advertise material of accessories for hunting weapons and sport shooting, camping equipment, backpacks, clothing and other types of accessories oriented to the hunting sector.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contracting conditions. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access DIKAR S COOP websites and contract through them.
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of completing the order, please contact DIKAR S COOP by e-mail at [email protected]. All the contents of the website are in Spanish.
Upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, the customer will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.
OFFER AND VALIDITY
In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and its validity will always be indicated together with its essential characteristics.
In compliance with current regulations, DIKAR S COOP provides information on all items on sale, their characteristics and prices. However, DIKAR S COOP reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered on its website by simply changing the content thereof. Thus, the products offered on the website at any given time shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force at any given time. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
The products offered in our online store, incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics of the same, this is the information obtained from the manufacturer itself. The color of the product, observable in the photograph is not binding. In the characteristics it is identified.
GUARANTEE
DIKAR S COOP shall be liable for any non-conformity of all products offered on the website for a period of two years from delivery. DIKAR S COOP has an after-sales service. During the period indicated, the customer may contact the after-sales service by e-mail at [email protected].
However, there are exclusions and limitations as detailed below.
- This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
- The warranty will not cover wear and tear, normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, or the installation of accessories incompatible with the product.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by Dikar S. Coop.
- Legal guarantees: In case of defective product, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replacement, steps that will be free of charge to the consumer. Dikar S. Coop. will be liable for any lack of conformity within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
PRICES
All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).
SHIPMENT
DIKAR S COOP only delivers within the European Union.
The shipping costs of the products vary depending on the area and/or country to which they are destined, as well as the total weight and/or volume of the order.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
PAYMENT METHODS AND ORDER PROCESSING
VISA / MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD; PAYPAL; BIZUM
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL security technology (Secure Sockets Layer). All information transmitted to us is encrypted as it travels through the network.
Furthermore, the details of your credit card are entered directly on the bank's page, at the POS terminal (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank), and are not entered or stored on any server of DIKAR S COOP.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus providing additional security for the transaction.
When paying with PayPal, the payment will be registered in your PayPal account. You will need to choose a username and password to log in to your account and complete the payment.
When paying with Bizum, the platform will ask for the phone number associated with your Bizum account: This is the primary identifier for making the payment. After entering the phone number, you will receive a notification or your bank's app will open for confirmation within the banking app. Additionally, some banks use a Bizum PIN (Personal Identification Number) to validate online transactions. This PIN is fixed and is set up in your banking app in advance. Depending on your bank, you may need to complete additional authentication, such as a code sent via SMS or biometric confirmation (fingerprint or facial recognition) in the app.
These are the payment methods valid only on our website.
If the amount of a purchase was fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder and the refund request was not due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal or resolution, and thus was an improper request for the cancellation of the corresponding charge, you will be required to compensate DIKAR S COOP for any damages caused as a result of that cancellation.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
DIKAR S COOP undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 2-5 working days from the day after the order is placed.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without any indication of the reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made through the web form in the returns section at the following address:

Once this step is completed, the customer/user will receive an email with the confirmation of return for withdrawal, which must be inserted into the shipping box with the product and send it to the postal address provided in the email. Within 14 days of receipt of the return for withdrawal will be credited by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
RETURNS
The buyer will have a minimum period of one month to return the product from the day of receipt. In cases of withdrawal within the first 14 days there will be no cost, but from the end of the withdrawal period until the end of warranty returns the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping plus € 1.95 handling fee that will be deducted from the return.
The exercise of the right of return either by withdrawal or not must be made through the web form in the returns section at the following address: https://www.bpioutdoorshop.com /en/returns. Once this step is completed, the customer/user will receive an email with the return confirmation, which must be introduced inside the box so that it can be managed at the time of receipt. Any return for withdrawal or not that does not carry the return form inside cannot be processed and therefore cannot be made any kind of credit in its absence.
The customer must make the return shipment to the postal address indicated in the email, without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal of the contract is formalized. It will be understood that the deadline has been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
All returns that fall under the withdrawal section or that are due to defect or poor condition of the product will have no cost to the customer. The rest of the returns the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt.
Remember that you can return items from multiple orders in a single package, but you will need to add all the return forms inside the same package. Easier for you and the environment.

REFUND OF PAYMENT
Reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer shall be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise stipulated. DIKAR S COOP may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product, which is the reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first. In the event of unjustified delay on the part of DIKAR S COOP in returning the sums paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of this amount.

Cancellations by the Customer
Online or In-Person Courses / Experiences and Activities:
• Cancellations up to 15 days before the course starts: 100% refund of the amount.
• Cancellations between 14 and 3 days before the course starts: 50% refund of the amount.
• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice: no refunds will be made.
Cancellations by DIKAR S.COOP
In the event that a course or experience is canceled by us due to reasons beyond your control (such as weather conditions, insufficient participants, etc.), we will offer:
• Rescheduling of the activity.
• A full refund of the amount paid.
If the course or experience has started and you have participated in part of it, and it must be canceled due to reasons beyond your control (such as weather conditions, insufficient participants, etc.), we will offer:
• Rescheduling of the activity to continue with the course or experience.
RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
DIKAR S COOP shall bear the cost of returning the product.
If the product is not in good condition and the causes are not attributable to the customer, the customer shall be entitled to return the product, informing DIKAR S COOP of the reason for return by any of the means provided in these terms and conditions of contract, at no cost to the customer.
This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product shall not be considered a right of withdrawal.
DIKAR S COOP undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale. JURISDICTION
Likewise, DIKAR S COOP reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary courts, in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
